     Hey guys! I hope your holidays are going well. Unfortunately I have a bit of bad news. Something seems to be wrong with the server. Most of you have probably noticed that the website takes a LONG time to load or sometimes it doesn't even load at all. TheFanCarpet.com is trying to fix the problem and they've said that it should be better tomorrow. So sit tight and hopefully the problem will be resolved.    DAN NEWS: Dan Buys $4.3 million Apartment!

     The New York Times reports that Daniel Radcliffe has recently bought a $4.3 million luxury apartment in New York City. The apartment at the 40 Mercer which is a SoHo residential development designed by André Balasz and architected by Jean Nouvel. JustJared.com describes the apartment that Daniel might have bought:

"The fifth-floor (fourth?) apartment has two bedrooms, two and a half baths, 1,843 square feet of space visible through floor-to-ceiling windows and access to a 50 foot swimming pool and steam room."

     As of right now the apartment is said to be up for rent at $20,000 a month. The New York Times speculates that Daniel bought the apartment for future purposes when Daniel stars in Broadway in September 2008.

   EMMA NEWS: New Interview!

     The Telegraph recently interviewed Emma Watson on her new movie, Ballet Shoes. The interview mainly touches on the fact that Ballet Shoes is her first project outside of the Harry Potter films. In the interview, Emma talks about her life, what's it like working on a project other than Harry Potter, her style and relationship with Chanel, and stardom. Here's a lovely qoute by Emma on being a celebrity:

"I'm not the girl they get the number 19 bus into town with to grab a coffee. Actually, whenever I have tried to lead that type of life it's been very embarrassing because I just get mobbed. I've ended up hiding in unexpected places like the computer department in Dixons. It's an uncomfortable experience for everyone. Sometimes I miss the fact that I have never really been a teenager because I have been Hermione for such a long time."
