Do you think you have what it takes?
That's right, we're looking for more designers! If you think you have what it takes to be a HarryPotterTrio.com ICONS designer, please read over the rules below.
1. You must speak english.
2. You must have previous experience with graphic design.
3. We don't require you to be online everyday, but we do hope you have regular access. This means you have to have some way we can contact you (for example: email, aim, msn).
4. You must know some HTML and PHP. You won't be working a lot with html, so don't worry.
5. You should have some way of uploading your icons via FTP. (If you don't know what this means, tell me)
6. Be willing to share your work and understand the purpose of this website. Credit will be given through this website, but that doesn't guarantee that visitors will give you credit.
Now that you have a general idea of what we're looking for... please follow the guidelines for this application.
1. Address an email to magicalthree[at]gmail.com.
2. Make the subject "HarryPotterTrio.com: ICONS - I HAVE WHAT IT TAKES".
3. In the email, sell yourself. Basically tell us about yourself and how much you love icon making. Tell us why you want the job, why you love this website, why you love designing, anything. Remember we're looking for energetic graphic designers that have a passion for making icons. Oh and you're name is very important.
4. After you're done telling us about yourself, give us some 10 examples of your work (meaning icons). This can be attachments to the email or it can be a link to your icons. Please give us your own work (if you don't give us your work... we'll be able to tell once you start sending us icons).
5. SEND IT OFF!
Doesn't that feel good? Now that you've hopefully sent your application, we'll tell you a little about what it means being a designer for HarryPotterTrio.com ICONS.
1. You'll get your own spot on our designers panel on every page on this website.
2. You get to share your designs with the world (that's always a plus)
3. You'll get a special button that you can put on your website or livejournal letting everyone know you are a designer for HarryPotterTrio.com ICONS.
4. You will get to help select a contest winner during contest seasons.
5. And much more to come, but we can't give all the secrets away!
